At Empower, you will have 45 minute one-on-one treatment sessions, where you will work towards your goals together with your therapist.
Currently Empower is in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United. Cash pay rates are also available at $119 a visit, or package rates are listed below. Clients can file this payment with their insurance company for reimbursement if they are not in-network. Additionally, clients may use an HSA or FSA account to pay for services/copays. Empower is currently a non-participating Medicare Provider. We are working towards this as well, and are hoping to be accepting Medicare by the end of the year.
MultiVisit Package: 4 visits for $400 or 8 visits: $750 (over $200 dollar savings)
The Bump Package: Prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor assessment and treatment program, birth planning session with you (and your partner if wanted): $300.
We serve patients all over the Triangle Area in North Carolina. Our office is in Chapel Hill, which is conveniently located near University Place (Mall).
